FAQ
Is this per unit or flat?
Strategy pricing is flat monthly (Free / Plus / Pro), not per-unit meters — so a five-unit landlord is not punished for growing slowly.
Are ACH, GoCardless, and screening live?
Only when provider keys are present. Otherwise Settings shows "Not connected — add key". We never fake a connected state.
Is Steward legally compliant in my state?
No compliance claim. State rule packs are informational hints with citations — not legal advice, not counsel-reviewed, and not a claim of 50-state clearance.
